Plumbers in North York: ranked picks
North York's mix of postwar bungalows, high-rise condos near Yonge Street, and newer infill homes throws up a wide range of plumbing problems, from corroded galvanized pipes to condo stack clogs. The plumbers below are ranked using our methodology, which weighs rating, review volume, recency, and sentiment rather than star count alone. All of them cover North York as part of their wider Toronto service area.
Older North York homes near Bathurst and Sheppard or around Willowdale often still have original piping, which shows up in the data as frequent calls for pipe replacement, corrosion issues, and basement leaks. Condo buildings along Yonge and near North York Centre tend to generate more urgent drain and stack requests, where fast response and building-access coordination matter as much as the repair itself.
