Reviewers consistently note fair pricing, trustworthiness, and staff who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the finished work.
All 16 reviewers gave five stars, citing speed and professionalism as the standouts. Customers describe Toronto Plumber as responsive, communicative, and skillful across burst pipes, clogs, and general repairs. The team's strong work ethic and approachable manner mean stress-free interactions for homeowners facing plumbing emergencies. No complaints emerged in the review pool.
Strong track record with most customers reporting professional, punctual work and good communication. Named technicians Andrew, Josh, Victor, and Alexander handle complex sewer and water jobs with clean crews. Main caveat: a couple of customers report poor follow-up communication and one no-show after initial job completion.
