All recent reviews report positive experiences: work gets done quickly, staff are friendly and kind, and customers consistently recommend the business. Detail on specific services and pricing is limited in the available feedback.
The business earns strong marks for technical skill, reliability, and reasonable pricing. Technician Oni is named repeatedly as a dependable owner who communicates clearly, avoids recommending unnecessary work, and delivers thorough results. Two recent complaints allege incomplete troubleshooting and poor job-site cleanup, which stand out against the overall 90% five-star pattern. The team handles sewage pump installation, water line replacement, bathroom fixtures, drain work, and leak detection with consistent attention to testing and finishing details. Response time and punctuality are recurring strengths.
Every review across two months rates this business five stars. Technicians arrive on time, explain problems plainly before starting work, and test everything before leaving. Customers consistently note the organized workspace, respectful demeanor, and dependable workmanship. Leak repairs, HVAC diagnostics, and general plumbing fixes all draw praise for thoroughness and clear communication. Staff answer questions patiently and make sure customers understand the repair. Fair pricing is mentioned. No complaints or service gaps appear in the sample.
Every single review is five stars, with praise focused on professionalism, fair pricing, and rapid response. Staff (particularly Rabhi and Rob) show up quickly, explain work clearly, finish clean, and handle emergencies with extra care. A baseline of reliability that reviewers call best-in-class.
Strong five-star reviews highlight fast turnaround, expert troubleshooting, and genuine honesty. Aman and Charlene earn consistent praise for friendly, professional work and arriving within hours. However, a cluster of one-star reviews (mostly recent) report dual charges ($67 inspection plus $300+ repair for tightening a faucet), non-refunded deposits, and pricing double that of competitors. Newer complaints suggest the pricing model and billing practices have created serious customer friction.
Black Forest responds fast, often same-day, with technicians who know their trade and keep things courteous throughout. Todd, Kevin, Matthew, J.P., Bryan, and Robert are named repeatedly for speed, skill, and willingness to explain work clearly and save money where possible. Their strength lies in quick fixes for clogs, leaks, and furnace issues paired with thorough follow-up. Staff clean up well and often spot related problems. One reviewer flagged pricing as high; most others felt costs were fair for the quality and speed they got.
One review on file praises prompt, clear service and quality work. Evidence is limited to a single five-star account.
One five-star review praises the team for professional work, clear communication, and reliable service. Limited review evidence, so broader patterns are hard to confirm.
Most customers praise fast emergency response and skilled work, especially Omar and other named technicians who solve problems the same day and explain repairs clearly. Serious concerns include one condo owner reporting a $1000+ charge for a cartridge swap, disputed payment leading to on-site threats to a tenant, and isolated complaints of rudeness; 88% five-star reviews suggest these are exceptions, but the aggressive collection incident stands out.
Most customers praise Core Plumbing for quick, skilled work and transparent pricing. Staff arrive on time, quote fairly, and leave homes clean. A handful of negative reviews flag invoicing hassles and unresolved contract disputes that soured otherwise sound jobs.
All seven reviews praise Prosperity Plumbing for reliable service and fair rates. Keith (the lead technician) shows up on time with parts in hand, diagnoses clearly, sticks to his quotes, and finishes efficiently. Customers return repeatedly for blocked drains, leaks, sump pump work, and routine repairs.
Fast response times and fair pricing are what reviewers consistently note. Niko and his team resolve emergencies quickly (20 minutes to an hour), leave jobs clean, and handle both routine repairs and bathroom remodels with care and professionalism.
Most customers report arriving on time and conducting thorough repairs with clear explanations. The consistent friction point is pricing: some were charged steep diagnostic or after-hours fees that exceeded expectations or were not applied to the final bill as promised. A small number describe being over-quoted or given poor initial assessments, though the majority of recent work was completed successfully and tested. Specialists handled kitchen and bathroom fixtures, clogged drains, and leak detection. Licensed and insured, they serve Mississauga and surrounding GTA areas. Those satisfied praise the technician's knowledge; those burned mention surprise bills and, in rare cases, misdiagnosis that required a second opinion.
Most customers praise Rick's same-day or next-day availability, clear pricing explanations upfront, and ability to diagnose issues over the phone or quickly on-site. Work is efficient and professional; he often goes unpaid for phone advice or reduces fees if a job proves simpler than expected. A minority find the hourly rate high for straightforward tasks and regret not asking for quotes beforehand; the business name promises affordability but charges closer to market or above for expertise.
Strong track record with most customers reporting professional, punctual work and good communication. Named technicians Andrew, Josh, Victor, and Alexander handle complex sewer and water jobs with clean crews. Main caveat: a couple of customers report poor follow-up communication and one no-show after initial job completion.
Most reviewers praise Sam and his team for arriving on time, charging fair prices, and delivering clean, professional work on bathroom and kitchen installs. One unrelated traffic complaint appears; the core feedback is consistently positive on responsiveness, quality, and trustworthiness across multiple projects.
All 13 reviews are five-star. Customers report fast arrival during emergencies (burst pipes fixed overnight, sewer backups cleared within 24 hours), camera inspections to rule out larger problems, and technicians who explain work clearly before starting. Work areas are left spotless, quotes match final bills, and repeat customers are common. No complaints recorded.
Two older reviews praise fast diagnosis and clean work after emergency repairs. Limited recent evidence to assess current service consistency.
One five-star reviewer reported professional handling and a smooth process, saying they would return. Limited evidence to assess consistency.
Shanks delivers fast, competent work that often exceeds customer expectations. Mark and Eric earn consistent praise for professionalism and thoroughness. However, communication gaps between office and technicians lead to incomplete scopes, missing parts, and inflated quotes. Several customers report paying $250-2000 for jobs that required their own intervention afterward, and one documented parts marked up 300% on minor repairs.
All 12 reviews praise speed, fair pricing, and professional service. Vlad (Volodymir) arrives promptly, diagnoses drain and plumbing issues clearly, completes repairs cleanly, and charges what was quoted. Sump pump installation and camera inspection stand out as services customers trust them with.
Most customers praise quick arrival, fair rates, and named technicians like Bahar and Moe. However, a vocal minority report serious failures on complex jobs, with one customer paying $4000 to PipeFixGTA then $7000 to fix their bathroom remodel work. Driver behavior and job-site cleanliness on larger projects are watch-outs.
Water damage and restoration work arrives fast and gets done well; the technical crew impresses consistently. Office handling is the weak link: initial estimates and scope descriptions fail to match final invoices, travel time gets buried in labour charges, and phone staff sometimes push back on customer questions. Communication breakdowns lead to frustration, though the company has shown willingness to negotiate after complaints.
Every review praises Tenzin's professionalism, punctuality, and clean work. Customers highlight his willingness to revisit jobs at no extra charge and his skill in diagnosing difficult leaks.
All 20 reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise quick arrival, honest assessment of problems, and professional technicians like Bilel, Luke, and Zack who fix issues others missed. Work is clean, prices are fair, and the team follows up after the job.
Tim and his team resolve plumbing problems quickly and cleanly, with reviewers consistently noting fair pricing and professional service. Staff arrive on time, communicate clearly, and handle toilet repairs, clogged drains, and bathroom renovations without fuss. However, the reviews cluster heavily from two years ago with just one recent edit. Depth on specific service outcomes is limited across the recent sample.

Most reviewers praise the staff's knowledge and honesty, with several mentioning Mark and Jason by name for quick diagnostics and transparent guidance. Weekend emergency calls came fast in some cases; older complaints cite delayed callbacks and one bathroom remodel left the subfloor poorly finished, raising concerns about consistency across jobs.
