John The Plumber
Multiple technicians (Tomas, Michael, Cameron, Geoff, Aaron, Erin, Crispin, Ryen, Brandon, Garrett, Jonathan) consistently arrive on time, diagnose issues quickly, and complete jobs efficiently while keeping work areas clean. Staff provide upfront quotes, test work thoroughly, and are courteous and knowledgeable. One reviewer reported their phone number was posted online, causing unwanted calls and difficulty reaching the company by phone. The business handles leak detection, toilet repairs, drain clearing, faucet and valve replacement, whole-home leak detector installation, water softeners, and main shut-off work. On a Saturday call-out for a blocked drain, technician Ryen was onsite within hours with preventative advice. Reviewers consistently mention technicians testing all work before finishing and being willing to address long-standing issues.
