Staff including Randy, Skyler, Raymond, Nico, and Max arrive on time and tackle jobs the same day, explaining costs upfront and keeping work areas clean. Known for solving difficult problems (tree roots, pinhole leaks, clogged drains in older homes) at fair prices; the office team books appointments quickly and follows up promptly.
Matthew, Tom, and Steven consistently arrive within hours to diagnose and fix plumbing problems in minutes. Reviewers praise their technical depth, approachable manner, and willingness to spot and address issues before they escalate. The company handles kitchen faucets, toilet leaks, drain blockages, pipe repairs, and commercial kitchen installations to health code. One reviewer noted pricing as reasonable against local competition; staff leave work areas clean and communicate costs upfront.
All 19 reviews are five-star, reflecting consistent satisfaction with booking, arrival times, and quality work. Reviewers highlight fair pricing, honest assessment of problems, and technicians who explain repairs clearly without pushing unnecessary work. Specific strengths emerge: fast emergency response (main drain backups, leaking toilets), water heater replacement same-day, professional pipe and leak repairs, and clean job sites. Multiple reviewers emphasize the rarity of finding trustworthy plumbers willing to keep costs down and leave customers fully informed.
Trustflow sends the same technicians (Dave and Mike are named repeatedly) to handle jobs from start to finish, and both are known for showing up on time, explaining problems in plain terms, and testing their work multiple times before leaving. Bathroom and kitchen installs, leak repairs, and drain work dominate the reviews, and customers consistently note that pricing feels fair with no pressure to buy extras, though the work itself is what they praise most: neatly finished installs, hidden leaks found without mess, and toilets that keep running long after they've gone. Installation jobs get detailed attention-checking for leaks, ensuring fixtures sit level, cleaning up the work area-and the fact that reviewers mention testing faucets "several times" or showers working "stress-free" suggests a standard that goes beyond quick fixes. Emergency calls are handled the same way, with customers reporting that urgent drain clogs and burst pipes get resolved the same day, often by the same person who explains what went wrong.
All reviews are five-star. Callers praise fast arrival on urgent jobs, including a 7 AM call answered by 11 AM. Eric's team and staff earn consistent mention for honesty and respect, with customers highlighting complete resolution of problems like flooded toilets and drain issues.
Alex and the team earn consistent five-star ratings for showing up fast, diagnosing problems correctly, and explaining what needs doing. Reviewers trust them for honesty: one caller praised Alex for declining unnecessary work. Service spans emergency repairs, drain clearing, toilet and valve replacements, and shower leaks across the GTA, often completed same-day or next-morning. Named staff (Alex, Raf, Ralph) return for repeat jobs and coordinate with other trades when needed. Pricing described as transparent and reasonable. Reviewers note the crew arrives equipped with cameras and professional tools, works cleanly, and follows up on small issues discovered mid-job without upselling extras.
Rob runs a single-operator plumbing service in Old Toronto where customers consistently encounter same-day or next-morning response to emergencies, transparent pricing well below market rates, and thorough diagnosis without unnecessary upselling. He offers free inspection visits when issues don't warrant repair and will offer guidance so homeowners can fix problems themselves if they choose to avoid service costs entirely.
Josh and his team earn consistent praise for fast, honest work on drains, toilets, and kitchen sinks. One customer reported misdiagnosis, upselling of unrelated services, and a disputed invoice, but the stark majority describe reliable emergency response and fair pricing.
Most jobs move smoothly from booking to completion. Staff like Nazar, Volodymyr, Samad, and BK Lee show up on time, diagnose clearly, and explain options without hard-selling. A small number of customers reported quotes that felt high or recommendations they later questioned, so it pays to get a second opinion on big jobs. Heavy-duty work is their forte: collapsed sewer pipes, burst drains, toilet and sink replacements all land cleanly. Seniors get 10% off, and the City of Toronto rebate on backwater valves (up to $3200) is a real win for basement protection. Service spans Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding regions.
Advanced Plumbing & Drains stands out for staff who work fast and know their trade. Regular customers name Laz, Ian, Aman, and George as trusted technicians who show up on time, explain what they are doing, and solve problems without unnecessary upselling. Reviewers consistently mention the human touch: staff answer phones, book online, arrive ready with tools, and guide customers through decisions. Kitchen and bathroom work, leak fixes, drain clogs, and water heater repairs all receive specific praise for speed and expert diagnosis.
Most work gets resolved quickly with clear communication from named technicians like Jason, Daniel, and Michael, who handle basement leaks, clogged drains, and waterproofing with precision and upfront explanations. The main catch is a blanket condo restriction that can waste time at intake, and the business's refusal to work on multi-unit buildings contradicts its downtown Toronto presence where condos dominate.
Priority Plumbing stands out for consistent technical skill and attentive customer service across a large team of named technicians. Reviewers consistently praise clear communication from booking through job completion, with staff sending courtesy calls and text updates. Work quality is detailed: leak detection includes multi-floor inspection, drain testing, and careful drywall cutting. Pricing is transparent, with technicians adjusting estimates downward when scope changes. On-time and same-day service are routine. No complaints appear in recent reviews.
