Valentin and his team consistently show up on time, explain work clearly, and charge fairly. Reviewers highlight his responsiveness, honest assessment of problems, and willingness to educate homeowners on prevention. Work is neat and respectful of the home; staff protect floors and clean up thoroughly after finishing. Many clients return or recommend after single visits. Strong Plumbing handles everything from routine faucet repair and drain cleaning to major jobs like backwater valve replacement and underground water line work. They manage city permits and inspections, sometimes completing complex projects in days. Reviewers praise Valentin by name repeatedly across bathroom, kitchen, leak repair, and sewer work, suggesting consistency across the service range.

Multiple technicians (Tomas, Michael, Cameron, Geoff, Aaron, Erin, Crispin, Ryen, Brandon, Garrett, Jonathan) consistently arrive on time, diagnose issues quickly, and complete jobs efficiently while keeping work areas clean. Staff provide upfront quotes, test work thoroughly, and are courteous and knowledgeable. One reviewer reported their phone number was posted online, causing unwanted calls and difficulty reaching the company by phone. The business handles leak detection, toilet repairs, drain clearing, faucet and valve replacement, whole-home leak detector installation, water softeners, and main shut-off work. On a Saturday call-out for a blocked drain, technician Ryen was onsite within hours with preventative advice. All 20 reviews are five-star, praising Nur and the team for arriving on time, diagnosing problems correctly, and charging fairly. Work spans emergency callouts at night, water heater fixes, leak repairs, toilet and sink installations, and commercial jobs, all completed without disrupting spaces or leaving mess. The consistent thread is honesty: techs source hard-to-find parts on their own time, explain problems clearly, and don't inflate bills even when they could. Years of repeat customers and commercial accounts back up the pattern. Five-star reviews cite respect for workspace, knowledge of fixtures like Kohler Rite-Temp valves, and follow-up care after jobs close. No complaints surface in any review.
All recent reviews report positive experiences: work gets done quickly, staff are friendly and kind, and customers consistently recommend the business. Detail on specific services and pricing is limited in the available feedback.
Strong five-star reviews highlight fast turnaround, expert troubleshooting, and genuine honesty. Aman and Charlene earn consistent praise for friendly, professional work and arriving within hours. However, a cluster of one-star reviews (mostly recent) report dual charges ($67 inspection plus $300+ repair for tightening a faucet), non-refunded deposits, and pricing double that of competitors. Newer complaints suggest the pricing model and billing practices have created serious customer friction.
All seven reviews award five stars. Customers highlight professional mold removal with proper moisture diagnosis, competitive pricing for remediation work, and fast emergency response. One review notes a technician arrived promptly after a pump failure at night and cleaned up afterward; another praises the identification of moisture sources and ventilation guidance during attic remediation.
