Santos Plumbing and Drain Inc
Over seven years and 147 five-star reviews, Santos Plumbing consistently arrives within an hour of emergency calls, diagnoses issues on-site, and resolves them the same day. Reviewers credit Silverio Santos and his son with saving thousands through honest recommendations, avoiding upsells, and standing by their work with follow-up checks. The business handles sewer backups, burst pipes, clogged drains, and toilet repairs across the GTA. Customers praise their willingness to serve evenings and middle-of-the-night emergencies, clear communication, and respectful job sites. Licensed for 21 years and family-owned, they charge fairly for parts like cartridge replacements ($250) and labor, earning trust that sets them apart in an industry reviewers note for inflated quotes.
