What reviewers think

Most customers report fast, professional service from friendly, capable technicians who handle drain clogs, toilet work, and appliance swaps smoothly. However, two severe complaints emerged: a basement renovation left with an open hole that flooded and molded (damage estimated at $20K), and a quote inflated to $1700 for faucet installation when competitors charged $500. The business allegedly refused accountability and responded dismissively to criticism.

Best for: Simple drain clogs, toilet repairs, and faucet replacements when you need fast, friendly service.
