Reviewers consistently report fast emergency response, transparent upfront pricing, and Mike's reputation for honesty and not overselling repairs. Work quality is thorough, staff explain what they are doing and offer maintenance tips, and the team often handles extra issues beyond the original call at no charge.
Most visits yield efficient repairs and straightforward explanations from staff who arrive on time and leave the work area clean. The last two weeks brought costly disputes over billing, incomplete mold treatment, and unresolved debris cleanup that went unanswered despite repeated attempts to resolve directly.
Every review praises rapid response, especially for emergencies and after-hours calls. Serhiy is named repeatedly as a highly skilled technician who listens, explains options honestly, and avoids upselling: reviewers report being offered simpler or more affordable solutions instead of the biggest job. Work quality is consistent across drain cleaning, sewer repair, backwater valve installation, and leak fixes. The team keeps work sites tidy and stays on schedule. Multiple customers are repeat users who recommend the business enthusiastically. One standout review detailed how the staff navigated city rebate paperwork for a sewer replacement, turning a stressful project into a smooth one. No substantive complaints appear in the 16 recent reviews.
Ten of twelve reviews praise punctuality, fair pricing, and clean work; one recent review names technician Ali for professional diagnosis. A three-year-old complaint cited poor technical knowledge and unprofessionalism, but recent reviews show consistent positive experience.
