Every review over 20 months is five-star; customers consistently report Indy Plumbing arriving within hours and completing jobs same-day or next-day. Rob emerges as the named technician across most jobs, praised for diagnosing complex issues (root intrusion, clay-pipe separation, well water faults) and explaining problems before proceeding.
Reviewers highlight fair pricing that undercuts competitors, professional cleanup, and willingness to troubleshoot without upselling. Work spans emergency leak stops (under-sink, office leaks), drain clearance, toilet replacement, shower remodels, water heater install, and gas-line work. No complaints surface in the data.
All 19 reviews award five stars. Reviewers consistently praise Eric for arriving promptly, finishing jobs quickly, and leaving clean work behind. He explains each step, solves problems other plumbers could not, and charges fairly for both minor repairs and full bathroom renovations.
Strong track record across 48 reviews, with 96% five-star ratings. Sergei/Sergey/Sergio and his brother Aley respond rapidly to routine and emergency calls, handle complex jobs cleanly, and often complete additional work unprompted. Two one-star reviews lack detail, making them hard to assess.
Mahmoud shows up on time and completes jobs quickly, whether replacing a faucet cartridge, unclogging a drain, or installing a water heater. His rates run reasonable compared to competitors, and reviewers consistently note how he leaves the work area clean and explains the fix clearly. Work spans emergency calls, toilet and sink installs, leak detection, and piping repairs across Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, and the GTA. No complaints surface in the 20 recent reviews; the pattern is same-day or next-day response, upfront estimates, and repeat bookings from satisfied customers.
