What reviewers think

Gold Medal has a loyal base of repeat customers who praise named technicians for skill and friendliness, particularly Kalym and Ben Hartan. Recent no-shows and pricing complaints, however, undercut that reputation among some callers.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Reviewers consistently report quick dispatch and skilled technicians who complete work the same day or next morning, with several citing same-day emergency response on long weekends. Named staff (Adam, Ahmad) earn repeated praise for professionalism and technical knowledge. Most acknowledge pricing is above standard but worth it for speed and reliability; one reviewer flagged unexpectedly high costs for a short job. Weekend availability and 24-hour call answering stand out as operational strengths.

Harb Plumbing

4.9(581)✓ Google-verified

Most calls go smoothly: technicians arrive on time, explain work clearly, and finish jobs quickly. Staff like Adam, Matt, Gavin, and Tom earn repeated praise for politeness and know-how, with some customers returning multiple times over decades. The rare friction arises when diagnostic work (camera, cable machine) runs high before a customer fully understands the scope, and pricing sits at the market's upper end, though reviewers note the quality often justifies it. Emergency calls, sump pump repairs, hot water tank swaps, and toilet replacements all see strong execution. One customer had Harb solve a tight shower install others refused, and another praised a no-charge follow-up visit and warranty replacement. A small minority flag that they wish the plumber had consulted before starting expensive diagnostic runs on what turned out to be a landlord's responsibility.
