What reviewers think

North York plumber with strong technician quality but mixed customer experiences around pricing. Reviewers praise specific staff (Yanky, Duda, Charles, Shawn) for knowledge and friendliness. However, repeated complaints about high quotes, hard sells on expensive repairs, and flat-fee pricing that lacks transparency. One drain cleaning cost $2,200 for 10 minutes of work and failed to fix the problem.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
