George and his crew consistently show up fast, diagnose problems accurately, and fix them without pressuring customers into unnecessary work. Reviewers repeatedly mention tech staff by name (George, Mateo, Mel, Emil), professional explanations of what's being done, and clean finished jobs at reasonable rates. Most jobs complete in under an hour and crews carry ample parts on their trucks to avoid a second trip. Reviewers value the honesty most: one customer notes George rejected an intrusive ceiling-opening solution another company proposed, then cleared the blockage properly instead.
