Most customers praise fast emergency response and skilled work, especially Omar and other named technicians who solve problems the same day and explain repairs clearly. Serious concerns include one condo owner reporting a $1000+ charge for a cartridge swap, disputed payment leading to on-site threats to a tenant, and isolated complaints of rudeness; 88% five-star reviews suggest these are exceptions, but the aggressive collection incident stands out.

Strong track record with most customers reporting professional, punctual work and good communication. Named technicians Andrew, Josh, Victor, and Alexander handle complex sewer and water jobs with clean crews. Main caveat: a couple of customers report poor follow-up communication and one no-show after initial job completion.
