Can you come for an emergency outside standard hours?

Yes. Viktor answers the phone personally and typically arrives within 30 minutes to 2 hours, including nights and weekends. A few customers had trouble reaching him when busy, and one had a phone line issue with a private number.

Will you diagnose the problem for free before quoting?

Viktor assesses on-site, but some customers reported he proposed expensive quotes for diagnosis alone (e.g. $2,900 just to inspect a drain issue). Get competing quotes before committing to major work.

Do you stay within the quoted price?

Reviewers confirm Viktor quotes the job and sticks to it for straightforward work. However, others felt the initial quote was high compared to what competitors charged for the same repair.

What reviewers think

Most calls get answered directly and dispatched fast, often within hours even late at night. Work quality and pricing are reliable for routine jobs like clogs and leaks. But some customers report Viktor was dismissive, blamed them for pre-existing issues, or quoted much more than competitors charged for the same problem. A few felt pressured to pay without questioning the scope.
